this^, stop trying to use VMWare emulator for running emulators. you PC is just too weak Hardware wise (it's like taking a Prius in a nascar race)+^_^+

@StriFe79 Thanks for sharing your experience of this, I'll take on board what you are saying.
@Chik'Tikka Looks like I'm going to have invest in a new laptop, I've have only had my latest one for 2 years and the spec of it is Windows 7 Ultimate x64, Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU P7570 @ 2.26GHz, 8GB of RAM (presumably DDR2), 500GB of Hard Disk and it is a Dell Vostro 1720, I thought this would be sufficient for running high intense applications.
