Laptop apparently can't run emulator, any other options?

So I've come to find out that even my brand new laptop doesn't even have a fast enough processor to run pcsx2. But all I want to do is play some Jak and Daxter..do you guys know of any other alternatives to play PS2 games that would work on my laptop? It's an HP Pavilion dv6-6135d with AMD A8-3500M APU 1.5 GHz processor, 6GB Ram, 64-bit. Thanks in advance!

on your laptop? mobile? no. but you still can put the games into your PS2 and play it on TV.

Your CPU is insufficient for playing most PS2 games at full speed on PCSX2. Unfortunately, PCSX2 requires a very beefy processor. You can get a better idea of what you would need to run PCSX2 well here:

You may have limited luck with speedhacks, but your processor is a huge bottleneck.

I'm betting that laptop has integrated graphics, which may be what's really holding you back, although the CPU definitely sucks too lol Your best hope is enabling MTVU hack and playing in native but even then you might not reach 60fps
