unless you want your laptop to break down early due to excessive heat production with pcsx2 and overclocking, its best not to overclock.

Not really, most cooling pads are designed for cooling the laptop externally, not internally. It is pretty much impossible to cool the (overclocked) CPU from the outside. Even overclocking a desktop, you'd need to by a better cooler and have adequate airflow. In short, there is no hope of overclocking a laptop, unless there is someway to increase airflow inside the laptop to the point where it would sound like a turbine engine on a Boeing 747.

I totally would not mind my laptop being loud. OO Where can I buy such an airflow system?!

processors can reach 1000 degrees C in a matter of seconds, unless you have the heatsinks to backup the fans, you dont have a chance, but unless you are willing to rip your laptop to bits, i wouldnt even attempt it
