You need to play on your official PS2 console. The cost of upgrading your computer will be significantly higher than just playing your games on an official PS2.
If you want to upgrade your computer for something besides just emulation (like actual PC gaming) then you should try the HardForums rather than here. Just search for HardForums and follow their rules to ask for a system build. You already missed most of the holiday sales but there might be some leftover for the upcoming xmas holiday.
