I want to download the latest SVN revision but when i click on download then only a "2014-03-23" date appears as latest SVN which is actually almost 3 months old.I guess the problem is that i still have XP and the team does not support that OS anymore?

There is no latest SVN anymore as we have moved to GIT, however the buildbot isn't working properly with it. You can grab the latest version from here: http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-PCSX2-GIT-Weekly-Builds
