Ok, so it seems like I didn't change the DEV9 to Null, but the GS. Lol.

Ok, now it is running, and with sound, but no visuals.

Then change the GS back to GSDX? Tongue Although your emulog states you are using it, so i guess your graphics drivers are out of date.. Try updating them here: http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect

Everything is up to date, and as soon as I switch from the DEV9null back to the DEV9 Driver it stops responding again
