Launching the setup wizard every time PCSX2 is booted

I installed the latest version of the nightly build (1.7.4819) and thought I set it up correctly, but every time I close the program and start it again, it opens the setup wizard. Additionally, I can't update the program.

Where did you put the emulator?
Don't put it on something like "Program Files" or anything else that requires administrative permissions.

Sounds like you're trying to run pcsx2 out of the archive, you don't wanna do that, you need to extract the whole thing in to a folder somewhere (except in program files)
