Good Day All,
I am one of those guys who likes to use Game Save editors (I know, boo me if you wish
) and I have even been known to write my own, but for the life of me I cannot find any documentation on the game saves of Legaia 2 : Dual Saga.
Does anyone have any documentation (or know where some may be) to the save format of Legaia 2?
I could do the good old 'hit and miss' type of random searching but that tends to be VERY time consuming.
Anyways, any help is appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

i don't understand what is your goal, but you can try with Cheatengine.
Is very simple to use, and powerful :-)

He wants to write a save editor. What he is asking for is a complete or close to save. Or info on where the save file stores the info on inventory lvl etc. It is all in there. Just like when Mass effect came out people stripped those saves down to where you can be a man and woman.

Indeed. It looks like no one has any information on it. I do use Cheat Engine but it is not as easy to use (at least for me) when compared to editing the saves directly because you can easily change the hex characters and they are perm saved.

The game don't use some special calculating method to store things...this is just a start(I'm not planning to go any deeper than that)
0x28 is the money...for example,if you have 9999999 this translated to hex is 98967F and reversing it it becomes 7F9698 which is the value on that address in the save file(not the save archive .psu\max\cbs and so on)
