Seems to play perfectly, right and left D-Pad buttons only work with full EE Clamping, however. Almost always at 50 FPS, even in-match.

Bugs:

In HW mode using Direct3D11, Player's and Rival's club logo is missing most textures, instead displaying a massive swathe of grey or black. Fine in SW mode. Partially fixed in OpenGL (see bwlow)
In HW mode using Direct3D11, Player's and Rival's club kits in 3D mode have massive grey or black polygonal mess. Fine in SW mode. Fixed in OpenGL.
In HW mode using OpenGL, Player's and Rival's club logo is missing some textures, either black or grey is displayed instead depending on logo. Fine in SW mode.

Playable

I realise that I haven't completed the game, but I'd like to mention that this game does not have a set finish, as it is a Football Manager type game. It should be fine. Also, this is pretty much ripped from my thread submission thread,

Plays perfectly with OpenGL, FPS sits around 50fps with limiting occasionally dipping lower in full match. EE seems overloaded at a constant 97-99% in match though. Logo bugs seem fixed with the new OpenGL renderer fixes.

Bugs:

Right and left DPad buttons only work in player tactics screen with EE Clamping on Full, but work everywhere else on normal.

Comments:

Judging by my deep knowledge of this game, having gone inside and out over the years on many different PS2s, having been the single game I have played regularly for over 14 years, and having confirmed with two other people in the same boat... this game is literally a shining example of PERFECT emulation the likes of which I've only seen on Dolphin when it comes to this generation. I cannot see ANY faults in how this game is emulated. And the best part is that the laptop in my first post of this thread, below the OP still runs this game flawlessly with no speed issues, 5 years after the fact thanks to the massive improvements in PS2 emulation over the years, despite the game being extremely EE bound and CPU heavy... and it does it in 3x Native.
