Lilypad causing complete and instant crash.

Hey guys. Posted last night about why my stuff suddenly started crashing.

I've narrowed it down. It's lillypad.dll. When I take it out of the plugins folder, everything runs fine...

Only problem is, now I can't use a ps4 controller. It defaults to PadPokom or whatever and I think that's XBOX only. 

Tried downloading a previous version of lillypad. Tried installing it independently and then adding it to the plugins folder. If it's in there, it results in a crash. Tried taking PadPokom out and putting just lilypad in. Crash. 

Not sure what to do...why is Lilypad being so garbage?

After more and more and more digging...I see that in Documents > PCSX2 > inis_1.4.0 there is not a file for lilypad. There is one for:

Dev9null
FWnull
padPokopom
PCXS2_ui
PCXS2_vm
SPU2-X
USBnull

Should there be one there? And if so, where can I get this ini. file?
