Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version. You can enable logging by going to "Tools > Enable File Logging". Then restarting PCSX2 and loading your game.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):

Just avoid upscaling
Or use software mode

I don't want to. It's no solution to anything.
The games look amazing in high-res without the PS2 blur.

That's your choice, but then you're going to be stuck with those lines. Only solution is to run at native resolution or software mode

Or you can try "Align sprites" hack

Did you try that before posting your suggestion?

Whoops I didn't and after I trying it doesn't fix his problem. Sorry about that.
Anyway, to @OP: You can try updating your emulator and use "Contrast Adaptive Sharpening" post-processing. Set it to "Sharpen and Resize (Display Resolution" or "Sharpen Only (Internal Resolution)" and scale the sharpness to 100% or lower but higher than 50% and leave the internal resolution to "Native" and it shouldn't look too blurry. Disable the game's own filter too in the options menu.
