Little help for lagging game

Hello buddies!
want to ask for a little help here.
I have this pcsx2 installed on my laptop,here is the specification (i'm quite blind of this kind of stuffs)
windows 7 home premium SP1
with intel core i3 CPU 2.40GHZ and installed RAM 6gb, usable 2.42 GB, 32bit OS
with NVDIA supporting directx (is it right so?) 10.
I was trying to play some games, tenchu wrath of heaven and legaia 2, they are playable and normal, but in slow motion, really lagging, I have read the official guide and configure it right, but still the same, it's playing in slow motion, what can I do do fix this? do you have any suggestion?

set your power plan to performance mode and use some speedhacks.
2.3 Ghz is a bit weak for pcsx2, unfortunately.

thanks! I'll try it that way first then, also at some scenes especially special scenes for story, you know when you let the starting for at least 30 seconds, before you choose new game or continue then a short scene will play right?
I have problem with that graphic,horizontal and vertical lines,so bad, do you have any idea why is that so?but for the game was alright.

now I can play the game without lagging that much, well still a bit but not disturbing anymore, thanks a bunch!
