Load game saves?

Hey guys just a quick question..Im not expert so yeah..

i found this game save for FFX. But i cant load it. I already dragged it on memory folder but i guess i need to do more.

Would you mind helping me on how to use or to load the game saves file?

The save must be for your version of the game,not just downloading some random FFX save and expecting to work.
