Loading a new game

I just got all of the kinks worked out of my emulator and now i just wanna know how to start the game? This may be a dumb question but please help. I'd appreciate it

From most of the posts i've read that has had a reply come from you, I realize that you always put the same thing. And it doesn't help each time. And this will be another one of those times. I've already read that file and I need a lil bit of an explanation rather than just a link

well not all my posts have that link (but your answer is in there)

anyways just do "File->Run CD/DVD" (make sure you have the cdvd plugin set to the right plugin (Linuz Iso for isos and Gigahertz for CDs/DVDs))
