Thanks for your helping. I will also open a post in that forum. I opened mgs 3 files and all files have .DAT file extension.

Edit: I converted .DAT file to .mpg and opened with VLC(MOVIE.DAT). There is a 9 hours movie. I think this video has all cutscenes in the game but i'm not sure about radio talkings. And vlc cannot open the file exactly.
