And what exactly is your problem? Is a certain game not loading? Are no games loading? Do you have your plugins set correctly?

Either "edit > full edit" button at the bottom of your post then head to the "Attachment" issue and upload them there, or click the "add reply" button at the end of the thread and then again use the "Attachment" section.

You may post pictures as Shadow Lady described.

.ELF is a file type used in some consoles (Wii and ps2 come to mind) as an executable file type, similar to .exe in windows. Most .ELF files you will find are homebrew for the ps2 (or other consoles)

The latest beta is a newer version of pcsx2 that can be found here. It is highly suggested that you use it instead of 0.9.6 as it has fixes for games and runs better overall.

I've got no idea about the rest.

no reason to post this in two threads. did you make sure that your cdvd plugin is configured correctly? especially make sure that you don't try to run a *.bin/*.img file inside the game's root folder, you have to point linuziso/pcsx2 to the whole iso image file of your game. unmount the image file in any deamon tool/alcohol 120%/etc before starting pcsx2. the isoreadblock error is probably related to the system.cnf error, but might also indicate a faulty image file. use imgburn to create isos of your games, it's known to work very good with ps2 dvds.
