1nd - AMD Athlon X2 4000+ Brisbane @2.1 overclocked to 2.66 GHz
2st - AMD Athlon X2 5000+ Winsdor @2.6 GHz ( not overclocked )

So, the second processor was faster on 5-6 fps then first.

For sure, make benchmark tests on both PC`s.

I did it, differences are like 30 points in 2006 so...

Tried too but bios doesn't matter, always crappy fps.
I was searching and asking on many forums.
I found nothing i think this is emulator fault.
Can't explain it in other way I think...

Not true as long as the bios is dumped properly,it will work no matter how badly the PS2 is damaged.Except if it has a corrupt bios or something which I've never seen reported over the years

Edit:
ChiefPwn I suggest you try this build: http://forums.pcsx2.net/thread-3716.html
Have you ran DirectX updater? GSdx can work with an older DirectX sometimes and give way worse speeds than normal.
Try it: http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/OS-E...ller.shtml
