Loose File Locations
#1
Does anyone know where the emulator's settings or other system files are located on windows?  I'm needing to bug test dualshock 4 support on windows, but noticed when using my friends installation of the nightly build (since that's what i'm using & they don't have my problem) that booting from his emulator exe still located & read my personal bios & game directories (which were located in a different folder & drive).  I thought the portable nightly builds were self contained, but it seems some system files are located outside of whatever folder you choose to dump the emulator into.

I'm hoping to find these loose files & delete them so I can have a fresh install with nothing remaining of the previous builds.

alternatively, you can make a blank portable.txt file in pcsx2 root folder to force data location to said folder
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go
