cpu: Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU E4600 @ 2.40GHz
2 cores
2 gb ram
directx 11
win vista

And when i play my fps is 30 fps i think i can improve fps

It's normal, the game is extremely CPU intensive and your 2,4 Ghz CPU can only pull that much FPS. Overclocking will increase your FPS linearly.

Yes overclock your CPU. If you don't know what you are talking about, you can destroy your processor though. So either read guides and have someone help you do it or get a faster processor. Or hope PCSX2 gets that faster in future releases Tongue

and remember - many, many, MANY people destroyed their PCs while overclocking without proper knowledge, tools and a doze of carefulness. Or were they unlucky.

Nah, to be honest: Destroying a CPU is difficult nowadays, since there are many fail-safes like emergency-shutdown, if the temperature is too high. Nonetheless it is crucial to read many guides on that matter, since you CAN damage your hardware (not just your CPU).
