Low FPS + Graphical glitching in hardware mode [Please help]

Why is your internal framerate even configurable? Are you using a debug or devel build by chance?

Regarding your last question:
Make sure to limit your fps (F4 ingame) or else choppy gameplay is to be expected.

ya u shouldn't be able to change those values....u must be using a different or dev build version.....u should not get above 60fps as the game would go too fast....use the 2x or 3x resolution upscalar in gsdx and see if u get perfect fps....also disable frameskip and enable frame limiter...hope that helps...plus try disabling all speed hacks and try one hack at a time...trial and error method...
