Low FPS - PC not good enough ? WWF Smackdown

Hey Guys.. i just want to play 2 Games: WWF SMackdown just bring it & Shut your mouth.

My PC (Laptop with extra cooler)

Win7
Intel i3 m350 2.26ghz
4GB Ram
Onboard Intel Graphics & nVidia Geforce GT325M CUDA 1GB

PCSX 1.2.1

Game runs with 60 - 55 FPS when in Menu but slows down to 20 - 30 FPS when showing Intro Movie and when playing ..

//EDIT when fps goes down EE is on 80-99% but GS: 7-14%

is my PC too slow or do i just need to make some changes on the settings ?

stp one cpu is 890 that is most likely not good enough and to weak

You can even play 1vs1 matches fine on that cpu for this game, it's not much demanding.

^ It's a dual core with 800 single threaded(and a mobile). I'd be surprised if it could play Ar tonelico on modern builds

my C2D E4600 is also about the same STP, I had managed to play 1vs1 matches pretty fine on 2X native,

That's quite impressive if so. What speedhacks you use? What FPS you get?

the recommended settings. "pcsx2-v1.3.1-105-ge8698a9-windows-x86", I get 40-60 fps on 1vs1 battles and 20-45 fps on tag team matches. actually, the latest dev builds are even faster than the builds like 0.9.8 and 1.2.1
