Other then making sure laptop is plugged in to power adapter and pc power scheme is set to max performance you can try the guide in my sig it might help. dont expect miracles if dont help then your pc is just to slow

Thread can be Closed! Thanks to ssakash i can now play it with 50-55FPS on 1v1 Matches!! LaughDDD
