Well i can't see that but it shows
plugin load failure: plugins\ps2sp.dll
does it matters

I have PCSX 0.9.6

LOL, you should download latest 0.9.8 rather than using ancient build...

Well i had the 0.9.8 but i gets even slower then now, So i stick with the older one

that is so wrong the 6550D is a very strong GPU ( considering it's a onboard )

and can about do just a bit weaker work as my 5670 which is quite good

and the intel HD 4000 is kicking too Smile

There's just no way to run DBZ game satisfyingly with OP's spec, end of story really.

Its better to use Latest PCSX2 SVN. You can try using Frameskip of 1 : 2. or more.

Hate to say it guys, but no p4 can run DBZ at 60 frames even if it ran at 10GHz, the IPC is terribad on those CPUs, and the clock rate increase Intel was hoping to gain wasn't enough to offset the longer pipeline and the accompanying stalls.
