Presets are always bad for me.
IMO you should enable all recommended speedhacks. Then increase the slider slowly.

Edit: Just saw your pics, on GSdx settings, uncheck 8-bit textures and set res to native.

Sorry, I didn't noticed those weren't the newer ones.

I also don't use presets, but they're a nice choice to avoid having newbies playing around with the sliders and doing what he did at first.

Okay, I updated it to the link KeyToTruth12 gave me and I unchecked 8-bit and changed the resolution and it works perfectly now. Thank you so much!
