Hello, i'm trying to play tekken 4. the games runs normally on character select and menu. but when i'm playing
the FPS drops to 30 and it's very slow. This is my PC specs btw.
Pentium dual core E5300
NVIDIA geforce 9800GT
4gb ram
250GB SSD disk.
i wonder if i can play tekken 4 with my PC specs. tried to tweak some settings on emulator
but it is still slow.

Play it on your PS2.
That CPU won't cut it
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

You PC isn't capable to emulate the ps2 at playable speed. If you want speed: core 2 duo is the minimum CPU for playable speed and a gtx 2xx is nice. Cpu intensive games may need a fx 8350 or I5 2500k.4gb of ram is not an issue for PCSX2.

Well there are some things you can try.
Overclock the cpu.
Get the latest dev build.

Set EE Cyclerate to -3
Enable mtvu speedhack
You can also play around with the frame skipping.
