Low fps in ffx

I have a problem. My pc specs are
Graphic card: ATI Radeon 3100 G
Model: toshiba satellite L455D
Processor: AMD Sempron SI-42 2.10GH.z
RAM: 2.00 GB
32 bit operating system.

I'm playing final fantasy x but the fps won't go above 18 what should I do

even though Final Fantasy X is quite a light game to play, but I still think your notebook is a bit on the slow side. Also tell us which PCSX2 you're using.

No need to. That CPU is supercrap and won't run anything on PCSX2 at playable speed. I know because I used to have one.

Yeh that CPU is far too old, Even around the Athlon 64 days, you were lucky to achieve 40fps or so on FFX. You really need to upgrade your PC to get full speed.
