Hey
I am using the emulator running on windows using parallels and I am trying to play mgs 3 but it never gets a good frame rate. If anyone can help that would be great my specs are:
i7 3.4 ghz
gtx 750m
16 gbs ram

Use boootcamp.
Mgs3 is extremely demanding, and needs a good machine.
Yours will probably struggle a bit under bootcamp. Just imagine how it can be using an "emulated" windows...

Bootcamp is your best bet. Parallels is a virtual machine-like program. Bootcamp actually "installs" windows, and even then a slightly better GPU could do you good.
What processor model is your i7?
