MGS3 Subsistence NTSC issues
PCSX2 v1.5.0-dev-2890
OpenGL HW (all settings default)
All emulation settings default (safe-faster preset)

1. Codec is broken (Snake is displayed as in-game instead of greyed out).
2. Downloadable camos are still broken - you can create a camo file on memory card but upon trying to use it in-game it would read "camouflage data on memory card (ps2) is broken".
3. Around 0.5s input lag, is this normal?
EDIT: I did a test using the padtest file posted here: and there's no lag in the test itself.
