EE is about 50-60 or so
GS: anywhere from 40-60
VU: anywhere from 40-60 too, mostly stays above 50 though.

#1: it may be better to disable MTVU... you're only on a dual core processor and splitting the load into three threads can often have a detrimental effect on performance.

#2: If you're still getting slow down after disabling it (probably will) then it looks like the final problem is one of your video card. You can try setting graphics to native if you haven't already and maybe try switching 8-bit textures on or off (whatever it's not currently set to).

Aside from that, the only other solution is to manually set a resolution BELOW native... The lowest you can set it is 256x256 via the ini file... but that's roughly 1/4th the pixels the game is designed for so it'll look bad. In most cases worse than a PS1 game.
