MMX7 Audio suttering

Do any of you know how to fix Mega Man X7 audio stuttering problem?? The audio of the game is extremely choppy and all the methods I've tried haven't worked.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

I was trying to play Mega Man X7 and noticed the stuttering audio in the initial cut scenes.  Here's a copy of the emulog.txt in case it's helpful.  The wiki mentioned using an older sound plugin but I wasn't able to get that working either.
