MSVCP120.dll Missing

I installed Visual Code and the dll separately from pcsx2 because I can't run admin, but when I try to run pcsx2 it still says it's missing?? Is there any way around this or am I screwed?

It need Visual studio 15 32bit, no the 64bit version.
