both ssse3 and 4 will work on your machine because you have i5-2???

DX11-AVX will do better "even" you don't have a video card and you use Intel HD 2000

GS plug-in still fail to open?? you might missing something during installation of DirectX Redist
as Win8 asked you to download the VC+ packages through direct-windows update.

one more thing because of the win8's new administrator design try to pull-out your pcsx2 folder out from "program files" and put it on other partitions.
e.g.
D:\pcsx2\
Main PC1:i5-4670,HD7770(Active!)
Main PC2:i5-11600K,GTX1660Ti(Active!)
PCSX2 Discord server IGN:smartstrike
PCSX2 version uses:Custom compiled build 1.7.0 64-bit(to be update regularly)

Also when I use the older Gsdx... It is okay for me.. but the problem is that my fps is at 30.. I cant play because it is very lag

What revision of GSDX works for you?

Having it be slow is normal. Your cpu is a laptop processor and not a very fast one.

You can nevermind what was said in that post - they don't have to be the same version.

My guess is this:

Somehow your DirectX is not as up to date as it should be.

And the newer version of GSDx requires features in the more up to date version.

A while ago I had a problem with a program saying I needed to update directx, but the directx updater wouldn't let me. I can't remember how I solved that...
