The banned uncut version of manhunt 2 works.
Tested with: Intel core2duo E7200 3gb ddr2 ram 800 mhz Zotac 9800gtx 512mb O.C. 320 gb sata hdd Win Vista ultimate Game works at 50-60 fps. 
CPU Speed? Overclocked? More details please.

Maybe PAL version and overclocking will help. ^^
I managed it to get 4x3Ghz with my C2Q6600.
