Marcenaries 1 Frame problem

Good morning to everyone!
I've missed the old Mercrenaris Playground of Destruction... So I downloaded the ISO file...
I can play it with PCSX2 but the game can't pass the 30-35 fps...
I read the Configuration Guide etc. but nothing!
I suppose I'm a noob...so a little help would be usefull!

PS: Just in case... I have disabled Framelimiter and I used Turbo mode!!

MY system is:
OS: Windows 8 Professional x64.
CPU: Intel Pentium Dual Core E5200 2.50GHz.
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 9500 GT 1GB
M/B: GigaByte GA-G31M-ES2L
