Max FPS and recomended graphics settings for my rig?

Heya, I was wondering before I dump my ps2's bios into PCSX2, what would be the recommended graphics settings? I'll list my specs.

Intel core 2 duo @ 2.7 ghz
4 Gig Ram
ATI Radeon 4670 New Edition

Depends on games, use Direct3D10 (Hardware) as renderer in GSdx if available to you but other than that it really depends on the game.
