is there a way to backup a configuration for each game/execution?

i dont know, maybe a way into the .pnach files to store some infos about plugins configuration, in order to achieve a profile list to run for each case?
im not too good at memory, and having different frame caps and specifications on each game its rather difficult to remember each setting.

is it possible?
