Hi guys, I'm new to PCSX2 and I'm having a little problem.
I'm running an ISO of Mega Man X collection and during normal game play it oscillates between 60 and 50 fps, but when it comes to cut scenes and the Capcom animation it drops down to 20 fps . I'm using the GSDX SSE41 plugin and all of the emulation settings are at defaults, except for the speed hacks, which I have set to preset 2 otherwise the ISO would run at 20 fps the entire time. Is there anything I can do to fix this.
