Memcard file help

I was in the middle of a race, so I withdrew that race and I initially had all of my cars when I made my savestate.

I just check the game and see what you mean...creating a new save even if you load a save state does not also save your garage

So I'm practically screwed then. Looks like I will have to start all over again and take even more precautions next time.   Thank you for your help again, though.
