i just use PCSX2Bonus.

Create a card for each seperate game and point PCSXBonus to the specific card. When you launch the game from PCSX2Bonus it automatically inserts the card.

myMC if you're dealing with .ps2 files.

If you're using the Memory Card Folder system then use vsub's Folder Memory Card Manager.
