If those are really your backed up cards(are you sure you actually backed up the correct cards...maybe pcsx2 was saving somewhere else,not to where you thought and backed up those cards)then there is nothing you can do...actually there is nothing anyone can do.
The cards are completely empty(hex level)like there were just created and not formatted

yes i am sure.. just like i told before.. the other card works but the other one not..(memory card1,memory card 2)

notice the name of the file it is the original save..

As I said,both cards are empty and not formatted.
There is no way you will be able to load something from the cards you uploaded since there is absolutely nothing inside them...like creating empty text file and expect to find text inside

There is as save at GameFaq

Save 46. Yuna's wedding
but which version of the game you have(that info is needed if you have different version than the save region so the save to be converter to your region of the game)

Go to config->memory cards. See the path of the memory cards you are using there, that should clear it up
