Memory card problems

Ok so I dumped the bios from my own ps2, now the game loads perfectly but the memory card still gives an error whenever I load a game...PSCX2 wont remember any of the settings I change either, for example the joypad buttons...

Help please!

Right click on PCSX2 and run in administrator mode.
