Heh NTSC Suikoden III? Your SII save was from PAL version I suppose as it was BESLES and US version is BASLUS.

I dunno if such simple conversion will work, but try this:

.7z   Suikoden2 .7z (Size: 9,47 KB / Downloads: 226)

Well I did it exactly like in the guide:
1. Used "PSXGameEdit" to unpack single save out of your memory card(need to change psx memory card from .bin to .mcr to be opened in this program first).
2. Used "Psx Raw Converter" to unpack RAW save from single saves.
3. Now this wasn't in that guide, but your Suikoden II save was PAL version, it had names of:
Code:
BESLES-02442GS2-1
BESLES-00527GENSOU00
And you needed it for Suikoden III NTSC version...
4. Soo I googled how it should look in NTSC version:
Code:
BASLUS-00958GS2-1
BASLUS-00292GENSOU00
changed the filenames to that^.
5. Added one of those files to "ps2 save builder", changed the root/ID to same as that file name and saved it as .max file, repeated for second file.
6. Opened .ps2 memory card with "mymc" and imported those two files made in previous step.

Soo basically I did everything like in that guide, with addition to change save format from PAL to NTSC.
