Do multiple games go in one memory card save? For example I have mgs3 in port 1 would I put silent hill 2 in port 1 or port 2. (Sorry if this had been answered already im rather new to emulation)

No, so I just save it in the sane card as the other games save

Yes you can have multiple saves of multiple games on one memory card.

Or you can use the Folder Memory Card feature and don't care about memory cards
