That's a lot of voltage for a mobile chip.

The YouTube videos uploader took extra steps to improve cooling.
They really should have mentioned that in the video...

I hear you can get about ~2.4Ghz with stock voltage, though,
but that's definitely not enough for anything relatively heavy, like MGS3.

One last tip:
Keep the internal resolution low (i.e. "Native"),
for most any game you have to try.

Have tried that, andd as you say, is not enought to play with decent FPS.

Is 2012 already, so i wonder my self why as not coming yet an amulator that do the work giving some codes to each part of the computer so the CPU does not overcharge with all the work.

I guess the answer is: "PCSX2 is for free" hahahaha. Well, is sad cause not all CPU at this day have the power to run PCSX2 in great ways.

As far as I know there are 2 games that require 4ghz for near-constant 60fps, regardless of speedhacks - ZOE2 and MGS3. Kojima squeezed every last ounce of power from the PS2
