Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance (USA) won't start

I'm trying to load the iso with the isobooter, but the screen remains black, and the console is stuck on "isofile: searching for layer 1...".

After that, I have to manually close the process because the program freezes.

I'm using an USA BIOS. My specs are

E8400
HD6950 (2GB)
4GB RAM

I'm using the default settings, dx11 mode and native resolution.

Anyone can help?

you may have misdumped your Iso.
did you use imgburn to do it ?

My dvd burner is broken, so I had to download it.
Is it ok to talk about it in here? If not, I will edit the post.

EDIT: I also tried to mount the image with daemon tools and then make a full start from the menu, but it looks like no disc can be found in the ps2. I only see the memory cards.
