Metal Gear Solid 2 laggy

I have just finished Metal Gear Solid 1 and had a blast playing it.
But now im trying to emulate MGS2 but it just doesn't seem to run at full speed no matter what i change.
I have a pretty good rig atleast good enough too run pcsx2 i think.

CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
Ram: 16GB

I have tried switching renderer and kinds of settings.
Somebody know what i do wrong?
Is there some setting i should have enabled?

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

MGS2 can be very demanding. what are the ee% and gs% when it's slow ?
