Yup. I tried everything one by one
Has not changed  much

There will be points in the game where the frametimes go bad.. and its reporting that the game is hitting 60fps but when i limit the game to 60fps via rivatuner to smoothen out frametimes the game reports its outputting 40fps which is very strange

U want a savestate?

my advice to refain to use all the GSdx hacks and stay low on the native reso. like x1 up to x2.

as for rpcs3 all my games at fit-on-screen with 4K upscale reso.

I fixed the widescreen issue
Thanx
I forgot to change my screens aspect ratio in the emulators settings

No external framecounter is going to report the internal game's FPS. It doesn't work like that in emulation.

cpu: amd phenom 2 955 rb:c3
gpu : r9 fury x
ram :15gb
o.s : windows 10 x64 pro insider preview pre release build 17074

speedhacks all on standard settings

also none off the games post processing effects work and the controller input latency is very very very bad (xbox 360 controller via wireless thing)

I have the same problem. Terrible frametime even with 60fps, game doesnt look smooth

Also , this game has some kind of blurriness effect that I can't find a way to remove.

And does not matter what internal resolution option i choose (from native to 8x), these two problems (frametime issues and blurry effect) doesnt go away.

I'm using PCSX2 1.6.0 and my PC Specs are the folllowing:

AMD Ryzen 5 2600 CPU 3.6GHz
16GB DDR4 RAM
GeForce GTX 1660 6GB videocard.

You guys have any idea how to solve this?

PS: I tried everything that was said on this topic and no results.

You are both running CPU's that are too slow. End of.
