Metal Gear Solid 3 has choppy audio and low FPS

Hello guys, I am new to emulating and got into Metal Gear recently. I decided that I will buy MGSV but want to play MGS3 and Peace Walker before it. So I decided to use PCSX3 to play, but when I run it, it runs normally until the airplane cutscene, when my fps drops to 15-20. It's really annoying. Please help!
My specs are:
OS: 64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate
RAM: 4 GB
CPU: AMD Athlom ™ II X4 640 Processor  3.00 GHz (atleast I think that's the CPU)
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon™ HD8490 (I think)
I have DirectX 11.

That one is too weak to handle a game like mhs3 under pcsx2

damn, I might as well get a PS2 if thats the case. I have nowhere near enough money to even get a new intel core

you can't use pcsx2 if you don't own a PS2 anyways...

Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
