I'm pretty sure MGS3 servers are down.
so, the anwser should be "no".
CPU : I7 2600K Oc'ed @ 4.2Ghz
Mobo : Intel P67 southbridge
GPU : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 Ti
RAM : 6 Go

If you have Snake Eater than no but they are included in the Subsistance version of the game so this is the only way to get them.
