Mgs3 Menu Slowdown

Hello, lately I have been emulating Metal Gear Solid Subsistence Using Pscx2 since some of the newest releases finaly support it's shaders in Opengl mode. However when using that mode and the high accuracy setting the game runs just fine except when using the menu. The game falls to about 60% speed and sometimes not the processor or The graphic card are at max load. I haven't been able to find a solution so far but to use directx which fixes the issue or running on medium accuracy but if gameplay is fine I don't understand why menus are not. (This only aplies to the menu during gameplay, both codecs and the opening menu work fine)

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
